Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

Liaise with FCB teams to lead and facilitate the elicitation and prioritization of computer systems analysis and business solutions. Responsible for computer system and solution designs, such as proposing alternatives to solve computer systems analysis problems, communicate status, and prioritize requirements. Direct and recommend process and computer system solutions. Implement incremental enhancements or change requests and other minor releases for our systems and processes. Provide leadership and support for strategic projects, system production issues, change requests and maintenance. Build authentic relationships with the team and business partners that empower them to lead long-term collaborations across the organization and deliver successful business outcomes. Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales and Marketing teams in developing technology vision and roadmap for commercial banking. Evaluate software processes for potential design improvements, performance improvements and abstracting and refactoring opportunities. Mentor and coach team on the best practices, system design principles, and computing industry trends.

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related field; and 5 years of experience in the job offered, Senior Systems Analyst, Application Services Lead, Business Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Requires experience with SaaS and in-house applications in core banking and investment domain, including the liquidity suite of applications from Fiserv, Oracle, Blackrock, Intrafi, and Cachematrix. Requires experience with enterprise integration services or solutions. Requires experience designing, developing, testing/QA, and implementing finance and banking applications or systems. Requires experience with relational databases, Data Warehouse, and Data Integration. Requires experience with SQL and PL/SQL queries. Requires experience with Visio, JavaScripts, XML, and Web Services. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

The base pay for this position is generally between $219,600 to $242,817 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
