Description
This role provides engineering support in a dynamic test lab environment. The environment consists of network equipment, servers, and front-end POS and workstations that are representative of store infrastructure. The team provides support for projects utilizing equipment at the lab as well as remote access for testing. This role will interact with various infrastructure, application, and project teams. Technical knowledge as well as analytical, coordination, and communication skills are required to troubleshoot and implement fixes. The ability to recommend new tools and processes will be helpful.

- This resource will need to support 90 production stores and 15 non-prod stores
- They will support the front & back end support in this role. A majority of the role will be supporting the front end which is the infrastructure equipment (POS, server, router / switches, PCs, handheld devices)
- Performs and implements the daily operational activities of the Technology engineering work function. This work may include responsibilities to deploy, operate, scale, tune and troubleshoot server systems, website, app infrastructure and/or other systems.
- Monitors, evaluates and troubleshoots components and subcomponents of networked and other systems for reliability, performance, security and compliance.
- Implements necessary fixes to ensure continuous operation. Participates in installing, adjusting and enhancing systems for availability, latency, scalability and efficiency.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
