Description
We are looking for an experienced Web Content Manager to oversee digital content production and ensure seamless user experiences across our platforms. This long-term contract position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced tools such as Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore ContentHub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management systems and web production.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain digital content across the company's web platforms, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
Utilize Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore ContentHub to streamline content workflows and optimize user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually appealing and functional digital pages.
Oversee the production of high-quality web content, adhering to branding guidelines and organizational standards.
Implement strategies to enhance content flow and improve overall site navigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve web production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Provide guidance on HTML coding and CMS best practices to team members.
Analyze website performance and apply data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and web regulations.
Manage content migration projects efficiently, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
Requirements
Proficiency in Sitecore, including experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore ContentHub.
Strong knowledge of HTML and web production processes.
Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and digital content workflows.
Proven ability to create and manage visually appealing and functional web pages.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills to assess website performance and implement improvements.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
