RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Email Lead in Houston, TX.
Summary:
The client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled to support our email marketing efforts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Marketo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding, testing, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns that align with our marketing strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Email Development:
* Code responsive HTML/CSS emails from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs
* Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, iOS)
* Use AMPscript (SFMC) or tokens/velocity scripting (Marketo) for personalization and dynamic content
Campaign Execution:
* Build and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
* Set up segmentation, automation workflows, and triggers
* Manage email QA and approvals before scheduling and deployment
Data & Personalization:
* Work with marketing teams to use audience data for dynamic content and personalization
* Sync and manage lead/contact data across CRM and marketing platforms
Performance Tracking:
* Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs
* Analyze results and optimize based on performance metrics
Compliance & Best Practices:
* Ensure all emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations
* Stay current with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Skills:
* Proficient in HTML/CSS for email development
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio) and Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Tokens)
* Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)
Marketing Automation:
* Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing
* Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce CRM & Marketo CRM)
Soft Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail and QA skills
* Strong communication and collaboration with marketing and design teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
