Description
Position Summary
The Analyst, Software Deployment is responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing software and hardware deployment solutions. This role serves as a technical expert, collaborating with development teams, project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and consultants to deliver technology solutions on a project-oriented basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a knowledge base of procedures for hardware installation and software deployment.
- Translate technical documentation into implementation, remediation, and validation processes.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to meet project goals within time and budget.
- Support New Restaurant Openings and Return to Service efforts, including off-hour support when needed.
- Act as a liaison.
- Lead validation and remediation tasks during deployments.
- Document and distribute support materials, troubleshooting guides, and deployment processes.
- Publish deployment reports for cross-functional teams and IT leadership.
- Lead stand-up calls and work sessions to drive project progress.
- Collaborate on process improvements and future deployment strategies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience supporting multi-site restaurants or retail stores and/or deploying Point of Sale systems.
- Experience managing multiple third-party service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute independently.
- Experience with large data sets and statistical tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., conditional formulas, charting).
- Experience validating and auditing data across systems.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and improve process workflows.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.50/hr.
