The Product Director for Immunology Health Information Technology Innovation & Technology Lead is accountable for the development and execution of the non-personal Health Information Technology strategy. The candidate will focus on the evolving Healthcare Technology market, seeking partnerships with 3rd party vendors that address key pain points in the customer journey. This role will also be responsible for EHR non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy.
This individual will work closely with multiple functions including Franchise Brand Marketing, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Johnson and Johnson IT (JJIT), Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key access strategies and goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Shape the Immunology non-personal Health Information Technology Strategy and roadmap, including 3rd party technology solutions and traditional EHR non-personal programs
- Identify & implement new opportunities, with both established and emerging organizations, that address critical pain points in the patient and provider journeys
- Partner with legal, compliance, brand, PECS, and JJIT to shape and deliver new partnerships and solutions, including orchestrating efforts related to API integrations, testing, change management, and impact measurement
- Present recommended solutions and strategies internally to senior leadership teams to provide visibility, gain alignment, and measure progress.
- Partner with Health Information Technology PD for Field Execution to ensure compliant pull through and support of innovative HIT solutions.
- Collaborate with customers on technology projects
- Lead KPI development and measurement of all programs
- Act as point for market research, including development of customer journey maps
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required
- Minimum 8 years business experience is required (e.g. Health Technology, Informatics, Sales, Marketing, Management, Market Research/Analytics, etc)
- Must have excellent communication and project management skills, and an ability to influence without authority
- Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks - appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes
- Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation are required
- Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Immunology experience preferred
- Technology and/or EHR background
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging Senior Management preferred
Other:
- This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
