Job Description:
The T&O Change Lead will play a key role in ensuring specific Technology & Operations (T&O) meets its objectives by driving high levels of adoption of changes driven by the T&O portfolio of programs across both enterprise & broadcast systems. This role will focus on the people side of technology change and will need to build and maintain strong relationships with impacted audiences, including managers of all levels, becoming a trusted adviser supporting teams through periods of change.
The T&O Change Lead may be embedded in one program or engaged across multiple projects. It will be up to the
T&O Change Lead to complete analysis of the program or project and determine the amount of change support
required. Once the analysis is complete, their primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the workforce.
The T&O Change Lead will work closely with Program and Project teams, integrating change activities into project plans and reporting. In order to deliver the desired change, this role will collaborate closely with the rest of the Business Change & Training team as well as other technical teams and utilize a network of change ambassadors.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Change management analysis & assessments.
Understand the change drivers and impacts to build a plan to deliver the change and ensure it is supported into BAU.
Identify key change moments and mitigate any program risks/issues.
Collaborate with specialist training, communication, technical and support teams to develop and implement change plans.
Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
Consult and coach project teams.
Coach managers and supervisors.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Manage key relationships with program & project teams.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Experience Developing and Delivering Change Strategies as a Lead or Owner
a. Years of experience (7+); Looking for multiple Change Strategies, with differing environments, scale, and scope.
2) Delivering Change on Tech Programs
a. Years of experience (4+); Delivered and rolled out tech programs as well as working with Tech Teams.
3) Stakeholder Engagement and Management
a. All levels of Stakeholders will be engaged within this role; Years of Experience (7+); Conducted or lead workshops, change networks, dealing with difficult stakeholders, etc.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Entertainment experience.
2) Prosci certification is a plus.
Soft Skills
1) A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
2) Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
3) Experience working in IT and/or Broadcast environments with project managers and technical staff.
4) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
5) Excellent organizational skills.
6) Excellent relationship management & influencing skills.
7) Working knowledge and experience delivering change with the Prosci methodology.
Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor of Arts or equivalent combination of training, experience, and skills.
Interview Process / Next Steps
