Job Description:

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Responsibilities:
  • Support the City of Baltimore's 311 services in handling resident service requests.
  • Collaborate with functional areas and third-party vendors to coordinate changes through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Create business and technical requirements documents and conduct reviews to manage enhancements to functionality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations as requested.
  • Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and coordinate resolution with internal and external technical staff.
  • Perform routine administrative and maintenance activities, including operations and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Salesforce and associated systems such as SQL Server and Heroku.
  • Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve data accuracy and consistency.
Technical Leadership:
  • Develop a deep understanding of current solutions and architecture.
  • Evaluate internal processes to propose improvements that reduce duplicate work, minimize manual processes, increase reuse, and enhance quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies, suggesting improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • One or more Salesforce.com (SFDC) Certifications; advanced certifications are a plus.
Should Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning development.
  • Understanding of data modeling, management, and security.
  • Strong knowledge of data security best practices.
