Job Details

Title: Full Stack Node.js Developer

Location: Remote

Domain Preference: Healthcare / EMR / Imaging

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js) to build scalable backend services and modern web interfaces. Experience in Healthcare IT, EMR/EHR systems, HL7/FHIR, or medical imaging (DICOM/PACS) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express/Nest.js.

Build responsive UIs using React/Angular/Vue.

Design and optimize databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Implement and maintain APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Collaborate with product, QA, and UX teams; perform code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in Node.js and full-stack development.

Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, testing frameworks, and Agile workflows.

Preferred:

Exposure to EMR/EHR systems, HL7/FHIR, DICOM, PACS/RIS, or other healthcare applications.
