Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Job Description:
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationship management.
Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows to meet business requirements.
Configure Health Cloud data models including Patient, Provider, Care Team, and Clinical Data.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs) using REST/SOAP web services.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare data security regulations.
Contribute to Salesforce release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model and features.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations preferred).
Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
Experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud a plus.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling).
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required), Developer II or Health Cloud Certification preferred.
