The Senior Director of Enterprise Program Execution is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional system implementations, with an initial focus on global SAP S/4HANA deployments across Finance and Supply Chain. This strategic role ensures alignment with organizational goals, on-time and on-budget delivery, and effective adoption of new system solutions. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to achieve business value and long-term success.

Job Overview:



  • Program Leadership: Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from planning through post-go-live support. Ensure projects stay within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Strategic Execution: Align initiatives with client and organizational goals. Collaborate with sponsors, PMOs, and transformation teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Governance & Oversight: Define governance models, structure program teams, and establish tools and reporting frameworks. Oversee scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.

  • Performance & KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and deliverables. Present business cases and status updates to senior leadership.

  • Stakeholder Management: Lead daily collaboration with clients and vendor teams. Manage escalations and recommend prioritization strategies to meet program goals.

  • Team Development: Coach internal and consulting team members. Foster professional growth and ensure consistent performance across workstreams.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Drive contingency planning and issue resolution.

  • Problem Solving & Methodology Integration: Analyze project challenges, root causes, and interdependencies. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to tailor solutions.

  • Change Management: Develop change and training plans to ensure user adoption. Facilitate alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into ongoing tool and process refinement. Promote innovation and performance optimization.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure solution quality through control measures, testing, and validation processes.

  • Client Engagement: Maintain transparent, consistent communication with client stakeholders. Present updates, facilitate collaboration, and ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.

  • 10+ years of project and program management experience.

  • 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including global deployments.

  • Experience with cross-functional initiatives across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Agile, PMI, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, and project tools such as Clarity, MS Project, Planview, and Smartsheet.

  • Working knowledge of change management principles and frameworks.

  • Ability to travel internationally for implementation support.


Requirements:



  • Global SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in manufacturing

  • SAP S/4HANA or related SAP certifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certifications

  • Experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) in an ERP environment
