Requirements:
- 8 12 years of experience IT project management for application initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience in managing the full application development lifecycle.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead project execution, deployment, and post-implementation analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, BAs, and vendors to define project scope.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and stakeholder status reports.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage change requests.
