We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in exchange-traded derivatives (options and futures) , strong knowledge of Fidessa OMS , and experience working with FIX messaging protocols .
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of trading desks, engineering, and external partners to shape and deliver best-in-class solutions for listed derivatives trading. You'll help drive the roadmap, streamline workflows, and support mission-critical trading infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for options and futures trading workflows
- Collaborate with trading, technology, and external brokers/exchanges to define and deliver features
- Manage and enhance connectivity via Fidessa OMS and FIX protocol
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Lead integration projects, drive UAT, and support production rollouts
- Monitor market structure and regulatory changes impacting listed derivatives
- 5+ years of experience in product management or trading systems roles within capital markets
- Strong working knowledge of Fidessa OMS and FIX messaging (order routing, drop copy, execution reports)
- Hands-on experience with options and futures trading
- Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development , Jira/Confluence, and UAT processes
- Experience on the sell-side or buy-side with electronic trading systems
- Familiarity with market data , algos , or risk systems
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC)
