Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
- 5+ years of experience in JavaCard firmware development.
- Proficient in Smart Card technologies such as Java Card, MULTOS, and EMV.
- Understanding of cryptographic methods including symmetric/asymmetric encryption (DES, 3DES, RSA).
- Experience with payment Smart Card services is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Deliver technical expertise and ensure alignment and timely execution of all technical deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
- Act as a technical lead to other team members by providing documentation, guidance, and training to support internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Serve as the technical lead for EMV product development, including chip profile definition, key management, and chip personalization specification.
- Maintain direct technical relationships with customer and partner organizations at various levels.
- Self-driven, hands-on technology professional with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to understand customer and industry needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions and product plans.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective at managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
