Job Description
Senior Software Engineer
We're a team. We build things. We solve problems that others don't talk about. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, business, and something a bit harder to define. Based in Charlotte but reaching beyond it, we're quietly reshaping how things get done. We're looking for someone who understands code, and maybe even respects it. If you've ever fixed a bug you couldn't reproduce or built something that nobody asked for, but everyone used, we might get along.
You'll work across systems, products, and possibly boundaries. Some days you'll write clean APIs, other days you'll decipher legacy logic that resists interpretation. You won't be handed a roadmap-you'll help draw it. As far as experience and skill set is concerned, they are searching for someone who has 6+ years of experience with full stack development using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and AWS Cloud.
This is a full-time position in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates are expected to do onsite work, but the position will have a flexible, hybrid schedule. The company offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match, and life insurance at no cost to employees. This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking career advancement and employment with a company that is not only growing but values a strong company culture and trusts their employees.
