Job Details

  • Interface between development team and internal business customers.
  • Be a strong tier one support person on efficient functioning of Saleforce.com platform.
  • Triage and perform rapid analysis and decomposition of user issues and requests .
  • Build and demonstrate prototypes/POCs / out of the box features  in Salesforce.com 
  • Create and groom all of the requirements for current and future sprints and understand what part is administration and what part is a development need/s of users requests.
  • Participate and help internal  customers through user acceptance test planning and execution.
  • An excellent understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities and limitations. Ability to clearly communicate those to customers as a trusted technology expert.
  • Work with an offshore development team and build light-weight/simple Lightning components to fulfill low-hanging business needs. More advanced components will be managed by the development team.
  • You will review and analyse SalesForce.com release impacts to current implementation and work mitigation plans for impacted features and functionality
