Role: MSBI Developer Location: Washington, DC (Local) (OR) MD, VA Type: Hybrid- 3 days onsite Duration: Long Term

Job Description:
An MSBI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role focuses on data integration, data warehousing, and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS
Design and manage data warehouse and data mart solutions
Create reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and performance
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and production support
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI systems

Required Skills
Strong experience with SQL Server
Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star schema)
Ability to support and maintain BI applications in production
