Location: Washington, DC
Description: Seeking a Program Support Analyst (Mid-Level) to support our efforts under the PRISM MATOC Task Order for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA). This role focuses on delivering program management and risk analysis support, blending administrative and technical expertise to enhance personnel policy, readiness, and financial resilience. The analyst will contribute to operational efficiency and quality assurance, supporting M&RA's mission through detailed insights.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for program management activities aligned with OASD M&RA priorities.
- Conduct risk analysis to ensure effective quality assurance and operational stability.
- Assist in developing and tracking program initiatives to meet mission objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate support efforts into broader goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for program tracking and risk assessments.
- Evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Liaise with government stakeholders to align support efforts with policy and readiness needs.
- Maintain currency with DoD program management standards, protocols, and reporting requirements.
- Support financial tracking and quality control measures to enhance operational outcomes.
- Contribute to cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in program management within DoD or federal environments, with a focus on administrative and risk analysis support.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing program risks and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including the ability to provide briefs, reports, etc., for senior leader review).
- Experience with quality assurance processes to meet federal program standards.
- Capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Operational working knowledge of DoD program management and quality systems.
- Familiarity with DoD personnel policy and program management systems.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to qualify and obtain a Secret clearance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in program management, including 1+ year supporting federal risk analysis efforts.
- 1+ year of experience providing administrative and analytical support for government programs.
