Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects from planning, requirement gathering, and execution to go-live and post-deployment support
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and budgets
• Facilitate project meetings, ensure clear communication, and manage expectations with all stakeholders
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues proactively, and drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance processes, and security standards
• Support change management, user training, and adoption efforts
• Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and end-user validation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 3 years managing Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and integrations
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
