Software Applications Product Manager

Office located in Belmont, CA (100% remote considered)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Dene and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing software application.

Work closely with engineering, business, and customer success teams to prioritize product initiatives that maximize customer value and adoption.

Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product requirements, ensuring delivers value across multiple industries and user personas.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the positioning technology landscape.

Dene and rene user workows to optimize engagement, eciency, and usability.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive interfaces and frictionless user experiences.

Champion customer needs internally while ensuring product exibility, enabling ZPS to adapt across different industries, workows, and business models.

Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.

Dene and track key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on user behavior.

Collaborate with customer success team to streamline onboarding, reduce friction, and drive long-term customer retention.

Ensure data privacy and security considerations are integrated into product design, particularly critical for location-based technology.

Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and new features effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

MUST HAVE ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS

Proven experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-based applications.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed product decisions.

Experience collaborating with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specications.

Expertise in product prioritization frameworks and methodologies to effectively manage competing priorities.

Ability to drive UI/UX improvements and partner with designers to enhance usability.

Prociency in product analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.

Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.

Experience working directly with customers to understand workows, pain points, and feature requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams around a common vision.

Proven ability to balance technical constraints with business needs to drive impactful product decisions.

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to inuence cross-functional teams and lead without direct authority.

SHOULD HAVE ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related eld.

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with cloud-based applications, APIs, and data visualization tools.

Experience dening, monitoring, and iterating on KPIs to measure user engagement and product success.

NICE TO HAVE ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS

Experience working with B2B SaaS products or industrial software solutions.

Background in customer support, success, or professional services.

Exposure to UI/UX best practices and user research methodologies.

Experience with mapping, location-based services, or IoT management software.
