Job Title: SAP TMS Hypercare, Production Support

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP TMS Support Consultant to join an ongoing global SAP Transportation Management (TMS) initiative for a major life sciences client. This role is focused on product support and will help manage a high volume of support tickets generated across global operations (US, APAC, Brazil, etc.).
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong alignment with broader project and process objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day product support for SAP S/4HANA TMS
Triage and resolve global support tickets in a structured, timely manner
Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders and SAP technical/functional teams
Leverage SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN) capabilities for carrier and freight collaboration
Follow established support processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Take ownership of assigned support issues, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TMS) in a support capacity
Experience with SAP LBN (Logistics Business Network)
Strong understanding of SAP support processes, incident/ticket handling, and business process alignment
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
U.S.-based (West Coast preferred); Ability to travel internationally
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Inbound Logistics workflows
Exposure to regulated/life sciences environments
Familiarity with global ticketing queues and multi-regional support models
