SAP Project Manager- Scrum Master

We are seeking Project manager/scrum master roles with specific modules. The module experience is required and so would be looking for PM/SMs for each of the following modules: MDG, FTP, OTC and LWM

Core Responsibilities

• Guide and coach two scrum teams through SAP data migration cycles and Agile delivery, with emphasis on sequencing, planning, and quality control.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Drive delivery alignment across Value Streams, focusing on MDG, WRICEF, and RAID item coordination.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage project scope, deliverables, and key integration points across the lifecycle.
• Run sync meetings and drive teams toward defined, measurable results with strong coordination across Scrum Masters and other coaches.
• Ensure accurate data integrity in Jira and other systems, while supporting cadence-based execution of work plans.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Deep understanding of project lifecycle phases and how they apply in both Agile and Waterfall (SAP Activate) environments.
• Proven experience as a Team Coach (TC) or Scrum Master (SM), with the ability to switch between roles as needed.
• Familiarity with key SAP constructs and concepts including:

• • WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
  • QUAD A (Assess, Architect, Align, Activate)
  • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

• Experience guiding teams through PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Review events in a structured, results-oriented manner.
• SAP Data Migration experience including:

• • LTMC/DMC, Business Object Data Services (BODS)
  • MDG (Master Data Governance)
  • Understanding of Data Migration P18 and its relationship to VS L3/L4 BPHs

Key Tools & Skills

• Advanced Jira navigation and setup (SME level)
• Mural and Microsoft Teams proficiency
• Strong facilitation, planning, and PM skills-especially in hybrid delivery environments
• Experience balancing Agile principles with SAP delivery frameworks
