Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Functional Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash and Epicor Manufacturing processes.
The consultant will engage in the initial assessment and stabilization of Epicor operations, optimize system usage, and work closely with site functional leads to ensure consistent and reliable business processes.
This Epicor instance has been live for six months and our client is looking for a Sr. level consultant to help shape the future state of Epicor at this initial site in PA and overall best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Epicor Functional Lead with hands-on functional knowledge of order-to-cash modules and manufacturing areas like managing work orders and scheduling.
- Experience with Epicor Data Discovery and Epicor Data Analytics (Phocas).
- Experience optimizing Epicor in medium to large manufacturing companies to drive operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly stabilize business-critical processes.
- Experience as an Epicor trainer for Super Users on functional capabilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to partner closely with site functional leads, business leaders and IT leadership.
- Prior consulting experience required in a similar role and with a similar organization.
