Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Development (40%)
Develop and implement lifecycle management and tracking processes for
physical security controls including card readers, cameras, door contacts,
relevant hardware and other devices (locking mechanisms, hinges, etc.).
Build and maintain detailed asset inventories that include acquisition dates,
warranty information, maintenance schedules, and end-of-life projections.
Assist with standardizing procedures for procurement, deployment,
maintenance, and decommissioning of security hardware.
Implement and manage a centralized physical security system tracking
platform to monitor asset performance, location, and status across all
facilities
Analyze asset data to recommend cost-optimization strategies for refresh
cycles and budget planning
Asset Vulnerability Assessment & Remediation (30%)
Perform regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities in regards to physical
security controls and escalate to relevant control owners
Develop risk-based processes for addressing identified vulnerabilities
Escalate patching, retrofitting, and replacement initiatives for at-risk
security assets
Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments,
remediation efforts, and compliance status
Partner with IT security and compliance teams to ensure physical and cyber
security alignment across physical security devices and systems
Security Projects & Initiatives (20%)
Support enterprise-wide physical security initiatives including document
management lifecycle development
Create and maintain emergency response and action plans for all global
office locations
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in security protocols
and procedures
Execute assigned security enhancement projects from planning through
implementation
Stakeholder Liaison (10%)
Primary physical security point of contact for the Seattle Office as it relates
to property management teams
Facilitate communication regarding site-specific security updates, incidents,
and requirements
Coordinate with property management on facility modifications that impact
security infrastructure
Working Conditions
Office-based position with flexibility for remote work in accordance with
company policy [ minimum 3 days in office 2 days remote] and potential
travel to other company locations
May require periodic on-call availability for security incidents or emergency
escalation
