Our client is seeking a dedicated Member Enrollment Coordinator (MEC) to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced Contact Center environment. This role is crucial for assisting members with copay assistance enrollment and addressing case questions, requests, and concerns. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service and first-call resolution, maintaining professionalism and compassion throughout member interactions. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with enrollment and provide resolutions to their inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Utilize CRM databases to verify member data and complete enrollment processes accurately.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure proper case handling.
- Escalate unresolved issues and pending member grievances to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.
- Work assigned queues and/or cases as directed by call center leadership to manage member cases effectively.
- Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to stay updated with departmental and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Contact Center or customer service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone demeanor with the ability to maintain poise under pressure.
- Basic computer navigation skills and the ability to manage multiple screens.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) or healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Must have a private workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth (25/25mp) is essential.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly
