Lead Solution Architect ( 18-21 years )

Fulltime/Permanent

Location: St Louis, MO (Onsite) - Candidate's need to be onsite at the client office for the initial 3 months then on and off during the remaining duration.

Experience:

  • 18 21 years of progressive experience in designing enterprise-grade architecture solutions across domains such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP, Data, Cloud, Integration, and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong exposure to large-scale, multi-system architecture design in global program environments with a deep focus on governance, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Experience in leading architecture across multiple technology streams within enterprise portfolios, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity.
  • Demonstrated success in working closely with CXOs, product owners, delivery heads, and client IT teams to shape program strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), microservices, APIs, data architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with business goals in high-pressure, onsite client-facing roles

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the architecture authority across multiple workstreams within the program, ensuring all technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and program goals.
  • Lead discovery, solutioning, and architecture design phases for complex, integrated systems (cloud, data, integration, security, etc.).
  • Define the end-to-end solution architecture blueprint, architecture governance model, and integration strategy.
  • Guide and review technical designs, code-level architecture decisions, and solution documentation.
  • Drive architectural decisions around performance, scalability, reusability, and security across distributed systems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client architects, enterprise IT stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Integration, and Data teams to ensure architectural coherence across delivery streams.
  • Lead architectural reviews, solution demos, and sign-offs during stage gate reviews and program governance meetings.
  • Mentor solution architects and senior developers within the program.

Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; TOGAF/Salesforce Certified/Cloud Architect Certifications preferred
