About the Role:
We’re in search of a Platform Engineer to support advanced documentation and code analysis efforts using IBM watsonx.ai foundation models. This role involves configuring AI models, validating outputs, and collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure accurate and standardized documentation across systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI model tuning, system integration, and technical specification development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and fine-tune IBM watsonx.ai foundation models for code analysis and documentation generation
- Troubleshoot AI model outputs and refine parameters to improve documentation quality
- Collaborate with development teams to validate AI-generated business logic translations
- Work with business owners to finalize and approve documentation formats
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and templates across all systems
- Review and validate AI-generated documentation for technical accuracy
- Document code analysis findings and create technical specifications for AI processing
- Map system and program interdependencies and create system integration specifications
- Establish code quality standards and validation criteria for documentation generation
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience configuring and tuning AI models for technical documentation
- Strong understanding of code analysis and system integration
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with documentation standards and quality validation practices
- Public Trust clearance (full clearance) required
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
