Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead / Architect to design, lead, and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions for federal clients. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure scalable architecture, and maintain compliance with government security standards.
U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation initiatives
- Act as technical lead for Salesforce development and administration teams
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware tools
- Define data models, security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance
- Conduct code reviews and oversee release management
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Provide post-deployment support and ongoing optimization

Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen (Required)
- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead or Architect
- Experience supporting federal or government projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (CTA, Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer)
- MuleSoft or other middleware experience
- Experience with federal compliance and security standards
- Prior mentoring or team leadership experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)
