Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR Functional Lead to support a large-scale HCM implementation, reporting directly to the HR Program Manager. This key role will provide day-to-day functional oversight and leadership across multiple HR workstreams including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting. The ideal candidate has deep Workday implementation experience and thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and cross-functional complexity.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- 6+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle Workday deployments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and how they interrelate.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple functional areas or workstreams during an HCM implementation.
- Skilled in managing ambiguity, navigating changing requirements, and working under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams.
