Job Details
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the IT planning and execution of the implementation of client Safety Software and Infusion product lines.
The position requires a technical understanding of IT related technologies including Cloud, data center, and/or on-premise (at a client facility) solutions.
This will require expertise with both Windows and Linux Servers, as well as, SQL database deployments, networking (both LAN and WAN), and experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificate management.
Also required will be the ability to understand and follow quality system processes, such as HITRUST and/or ISO.
The Implementation Engineer must have the ability to effectively communicate and bridge the gap between varying groups of people with technical expertise and business interests, including clients and clinicians.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Implement client IT solutions including planning, installation, and quality testing
Maintain quality standards used by client such as HITRUST or ISO.
Work cooperatively with the client project teams with planning, implementing, and problem resolution
Creation or maintenance of implementation and support documentation as defined by the Service Design Plan for each activity
Participate in after-hours customer support, which includes an on-call rotation program, weekend maintenance, and other IT related activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients, staff and team members
Detailed oriented while performing job functions, including required documentation of each installation
Experience with time management, task management and following Project Management plans and methodologies
Intermediate experience in various troubleshooting tasks (e.g. software configuration, log file interrogation)
Experience with HITRUST or other quality system methodologies and practices
Intermediate experience with server hardware architecture (virtual and/or physical servers, data center, or cloud hosted)
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux Server administration and troubleshooting
Intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server (and other SQL database solutions) administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Domain / Active Directory concepts and theory
Intermediate experience with TCP/IP Networking in both a wired and wireless environment and troubleshooting
Experience with digital certificate concepts, creation and maintenance
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
3 years or more of IT server and system installation and configuration
