Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to bring in new direct clients and MSP accounts
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at mid-size to large enterprises
Generate qualified leads and convert them into ongoing business partnerships
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Represent Redefined Corp s value proposition in meetings, calls, and presentations
Create and manage a sales pipeline and report on weekly progress
Negotiate terms and close contracts for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time staffing needs across IT and non-IT domains
Ideal Candidate:
6+ years of business development experience in the staffing/recruitment industry (US market)
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
Strong network of client contacts in both IT and non-IT verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics, admin, etc.)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
