Job Details

Position: CX Project Manager
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long Term

Job Requirement:
  • Should be able to frame and execute CX transformation and optimization projects across the customer lifecycle.
  • Should have the ability to visualize projects ingesting data from multiple sources such as IVRs, Chats, etc. to design projects.
  • Should be able to understand and work with sentiment models and algorithms.
  • Have experience of presenting to senior leadership teams, be presentable, confident and have an engaging personality.
  • 10-12 years of experience.
