Title: Integration Support Engineer
Location: Remote (occasional onsite travel required)

Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Integration Support Engineer to play a key role in connecting Application with ERP platforms and other enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and system integrations, with a sharp focus on performance, security, and compliance within regulated environments.
Core Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with C# / .NET Framework (4.8) development
Proficiency in SQL Server: writing queries, optimizing stored procedures, and tuning performance
Skilled in Windows Authentication and Active Directory integration
Strong background in IIS setup, hosting, and troubleshooting
Proven ability to develop, support, and integrate APIs (REST and SOAP) with third-party platforms
Competence in log analysis and debugging complex integration/application issues
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Fiddler
PowerShell scripting for automation and server administration
Solid understanding of Windows Server environments, database connectivity, and connection pooling
Experience with network tracing tools like Wireshark for diagnostics
Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificate management, and secure coding standards
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and compliance requirements (STIG, DoD, or other regulated industries)
