IT Business Analyst V

Compensation:
Pay Range:$37.26-$53.24/Hrs

Description
* Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to define project vision and requirements.
* Ensure compliance with standards and provide traceability from concept to delivery.
* Translate business requirements into system requirements for IT developers and analysts.
* Support user acceptance testing activities.
* Create and present documentation such as process flows and data models.
* Manage requirements during implementation to ensure system consistency and scope alignment.
* Drive user story generation to support project scope development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and analyze business needs to develop alternative solutions.
* Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Work with agile methodologies to manage project timelines.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technology teams.
* Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Act swiftly on business needs and escalate issues appropriately.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in business, process, or systems analysis in a regulated environment.
* Experience with agile development teams and understanding of waterfall methodologies.
* Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in a relevant technical field.
