Job Details
Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a professional biotechnology organization in the Manchester, NH area.
Responsibilities for the Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Perform general maintenance of the facilities, including GxP laboratory spaces, manufacturing suites, heating, electrical, and/or plumbing.
Complete open maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, hanging shelves, connecting gas lines, handling plumbing issues, etc.
Safely operate hand/power tools to complete maintenance tasks and orders.
Serve as primary point of contact for any external vendors working onsite, ensuring professional and clear communication.
Perform routine safety checks of equipment, properly documenting and reporting any potential concerns.
Qualifications for the Facilities Maintenance Technician include:
2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a commercial setting is required.
Prior facilities/equipment maintenance experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Technical/Vocational training & education is required.
Compensation for the Facilities Maintenance Technician includes:
Salary Range: approximately $20.00 - $30.00 hourly, commensurate with experience
Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, STD, LTD, sick leave as required by law
