Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Analyst/ Developer ( In Person Interview at Austin, TX)

Duration: 7 months

Location: Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business objectives, user needs, and operational procedures to support system enhancements and automation.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical team.
• Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for custom applications.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and support applications using Microsoft 365 Power Platform components.
• Configure and maintain PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Pages, PowerApp Portals, Dataverse, and Business Process Flows.
• Review system capabilities, specifications, and constraints to determine feasibility of requested changes.
• Support implementation and expansion of enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Develop detailed documentation including user requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.
• Work independently with limited supervision while exercising sound judgment and initiative.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
• 4+ years of Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions
• 4+ years of Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• 4+ years of Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
• 4+ years of Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows
• 4+ years of Experience in Dataverse tables and uses
• 4+ years of Experience in Power Pages portals
• 4+ years of Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years of Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
• 2+ years of Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project
• 2+ years of Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
• 2+ years of Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
• 1+ years of Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals
