Title - M365 Cloud and Power Platform Architect
Client - IRS
Location - Washington, DC
We are seeking two visionary M365 Cloud and Power Platform Architects to
provide critical strategic and technical consulting on complex cloud infrastructure design and
optimization for the IRS. This senior-level role focuses on ensuring scalable, secure, and
compliant architecture across M365, Azure, and integrated services.
Key Responsibilities
● Cloud Architecture & Design: Lead architectural planning for M365 services. Assist
with establishing and configuring Power Platform environments, including defining
setup, configuration, and maintenance standards within a tenant.
● Ecosystem Integration: Provide expertise to collaborate with systems support staff for
integration with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure, leveraging
comprehensive knowledge of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure
ecosystem.
● Dataverse Optimization: Assist with monitoring performance and usage of Dataverse
environments, focusing on optimizing data models and troubleshooting architecture-
level issues.
● Legacy Support: Provide consultative support for designing and managing legacy
SharePoint on-premises farm infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 10 years' experience in IT architecture, with at least 7 years dedicated to
cloud technologies, specifically supporting the Microsoft 365 (M365) Cloud Based Suite
in a large government environment.
● Demonstrate mastery of the Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.
● Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex architecture and integration issues
across the M365 cloud platform.

● Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
● Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
● Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
