Job Title: FlexPLM Consultant
Location: Orlando , FL (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced FlexPLM Retail Operations Specialist to provide expert guidance on retail operations, processes, and best practices using PTC s FlexPLM platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive process improvements, training, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights, ensuring seamless and efficient performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Expertise:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in Retail NPD and E2E PLM processes.
  • Translate industry best practices into actionable FlexPLM implementation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for business users on PLM processes and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues for optimized store operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Engage stakeholders, collaborating with NPD teams, supply chain, and other business functions to align objectives.
  • Serve as a Retail subject matter expert, sharing industry knowledge and insights on FlexPLM best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PTC s FlexPLM software and data analysis tools.


Soft Skills:

  • Analytical ability to interpret trends and optimize processes.
  • Problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building.
  • Leadership & mentoring experience in training and development.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs for business users.
