Job Details
This role open in San Jose & Acton, MA locations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 18 20 years of experience in cloud systems and performance engineering.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services, Azure Pipelines, and Databricks.
- Experience in system architecture design, microservices, and streaming technologies.
- Proficiency in Java and scripting with Python.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools.
- Deep understanding of secure architecture best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures on Azure.
- Lead performance engineering efforts, identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.
- Provide architectural guidance on system design, database optimization, caching, and code tuning.
- Develop and maintain high-performance streaming frameworks.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to support business processes.
- Use Python scripting for automation and data workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Ops, Security) for smooth integration and delivery.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of performance issues.
- Utilize Databricks for advanced data processing and analytics tasks.
- Communicate performance findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Ensure cloud solutions are secure, robust, and scalable.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, providing guidance to leads and senior engineers.
- Drive innovation by staying up to date with emerging technologies.
- Oversee cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption and scalability.
