Summary: As a key member of the RPA team, the UiPath Lead will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, while guiding a team of developers. This role involves close collaboration with architects, senior developers, managers, and executives. The ideal candidate should possess profound technical expertise in UiPath and broader software development, complemented by leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The objective is to deliver scalable, secure RPA solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for enterprise-level applications.
  • Lead the entire automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
  • Mentor junior RPA developers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and implement DevOps practices for RPA projects.
  • Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
  • Continuously assess and improve RPA performance and scalability, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement in RPA technologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication through meetings with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 15+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in software engineering.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
  • At least 5 years as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale projects.
  • Strong expertise in API development, integration, web services, and complex SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines, and a background in full SDLC.
  • Familiarity with modern UI/UX frameworks and enterprise application integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Motivated, self-driven, with a passion for automation and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
