As an Integrations Technical Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our partner ecosystem, responsible for:
Certifying Integrations: Conduct thorough live and offline reviews of partner-built integrations against our APIs. You'll assess technical compliance, provide clear feedback on necessary changes, and ensure partners meet our high standards.
Launching Partners: Configure runtime variables and internal settings for certified partners, getting them ready for a smooth and successful launch on the platform.
Process Improvement & Training: Collaborate with the Restaurant Integrations team to refine and scale our certification processes. You'll also help train future specialists, sharing your expertise and best practices.
Technical Support & Triage: Act as a key point of contact for technical issues raised by partners and escalated by our Support team. You'll provide real-time assistance on calls and resolve offline tickets efficiently.
Integration Maintenance & Projects: Support the team with ongoing maintenance tasks for partner integrations, which may include data aggregation, data entry, and developing clear technical documentation.
