Summary

Responsibilities
- Align product strategy with business goals, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technology capabilities.
- Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate teams to gather requirements and support long-term planning.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of product milestones.
- Apply agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development.
- Monitor industry and technology trends to recommend enhancements that maximize usability and business value.
- Maintain clear, accurate product documentation for internal teams and end users.
- Partner with both internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Track and optimize product KPIs, such as adoption, satisfaction, value delivery, ROI, time-to-market, and product alignment with business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles.
- Strong experience with product lifecycle management and market/competitive analysis.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with agile processes and tools.
- Experience supporting corporate functions ( HR, Finance, Legal).
- Background in user-centered design or process optimization.
- Familiarity with vendor and supplier management.
- Knowledge of KPI frameworks and value measurement.
