Sr. Project Manager Master Data Management

Our client seeks a senior-level Project Manager to lead a master data management (MDM) project related to their associate hub initiative. This role will coordinate between internal teams and third-party vendors while collaborating with other associate hub-related projects. The position requires strong experience in MDM, cross-team collaboration, vendor management, and executive engagement in a regional/global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead master data management project through discovery, planning, and implementation phases
• Coordinate between internal teams and third-party vendor for MDM build and delivery
• Define project objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and execute project plans, manage budgets, and provide PM oversight for vendor activities
• Provide strategic guidance and make presentations to executive level management

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent education/experience (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years project management work experience required
• Strong experience with master data management (MDM) projects
• Proven vendor management and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience working independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment

Preferred

• Local to Kansas City with ability to work hybrid (at least 3 days in office)
• Experience within commercial insurance and brokerage industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies
