Title: Senior Project Manager

Summary
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager to lead the direction, planning, execution, and completion of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. This role requires ensuring projects align with our methodologies, standards, and processes while meeting company commitments and goals. The ideal candidate will leverage technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 ISV Partner solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to manage dealer incentives and ensure accurate financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, define, and oversee project plans, adhering to established methodologies.
- Engage with clients to clarify project scopes, objectives, and requirements.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement and adhere to best practices, creating change orders as needed.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering all phases from inception to operation.
- Mentor and guide consultants in both the software and its methodology.
- Forecast and allocate project resources appropriately.
- Uphold excellence in project delivery through the use of standard templates, work plans, and methodologies.
- Manage a diverse team comprising Technical Solution Architects, F&O Developers, and various Functional Consultants.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical experts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Dynamics F&O/CRM implementation, configuration, and system design.
- In-depth knowledge of the F&O/CRM Technical Platform, including expertise in scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Dynamics.
