Job Details

Position: Procurement Analyst

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - Onsite Tue-Thu; will shift to Mon-Thu)
Schedule: Standard business hours (8/9 AM - 5/6 PM CDT)
Duration: 12-month contract (extension & potential conversion possible)
Experience: 3-5 years
Priority: Local candidates preferred
Pay Range: $31-$41/hr


Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support contract management, sourcing, supplier management, and tactical procurement activities across marketing/advertising and professional services categories. This role supports high-volume projects and requires strong experience with procurement systems, supplier negotiations, and P2P processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work 2-4 days per week, depending on the stage of the assignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract processes and support project management activities.

  • Perform sourcing activities across marketing/advertising and professional services categories.

  • Generate purchase orders and work closely with the contract administration team.

  • Lead RFx events (RFI, RFQ, RFP).

  • Conduct supplier management and vendor relationship activities.

  • Negotiate commercial terms such as pricing, contract duration, and scope.

  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for high-volume, low-risk requests.

  • Review and process purchase requisitions and maintain POs.

  • Troubleshoot stakeholder and supplier issues related to requisitions, POs, invoicing, and onboarding.

  • Support development and execution of NDAs, service agreements, and other procurement documents.


Team Overview

The Tactical Procurement team supplements strategic sourcing activities by handling operational/tactical tasks such as:

  • Benchmarking

  • PR/PO creation

  • Supplier diversity support

  • Processing amendments

  • NDA processing

  • PO revisions and maintenance


Required Qualifications (Top Skills)

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years of procurement experience

  • Contract and pricing negotiation experience

  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Ariba

  • Familiarity with contract workflows

  • Automotive industry experience
