- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and analytical skills to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end healthcare projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- A background in business or data analysis is essential for supporting data-driven decisions and performance tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional healthcare projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess project performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams, including clinicians, IT, compliance, and vendors.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program KPIs and produce dashboards/reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- 1 3 years of experience in business or data analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, claims, clinical workflows, or payer/provider environments).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical skills, able to work with datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or similar certification.
- Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, PHI, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with application development and process/project management.
- Experience in working with a blended team of near shore and offshore members
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
