Description: Our client is currently seeking a Digital Operations Analyst.

Hybrid work structure will be required.

The Digital Operations Analyst role on the Technology Operations team serves our Client Services, Lab Operations and other partner teams in representing stakeholder needs on prioritized initiatives, projects and programs.

The individual will develop insights into the operational business processes and requirements across relevant groups to manage and participate in the testing and implementation support of web applications that enable global production operations on cloud deployed and on prem systems.

The individual is expected to directly support operations teams responsible for the management of customer account and contact data. This role involves working with a team of support personnel, operational leaders, commercial leaders, software engineers, science and technology teams and various functional subject matter experts (SMEs).

This role is critical in providing support and analysis of the teams' applications and provides consultation on process and system design.

  • Assist in day-to-day production
  • Assist in the collection and assessment of key data elements for business users to make more informed decisions
  • Develops and maintains a working relationship with end users and stakeholder teams
  • Works collaboratively with Operations, Commercial, Billing, Quality, Technology and other partner teams to serve as a liaison, evaluate and solve workflow challenges and provide permanent resolution to matters involving operations, communication and data integrity gaps
  • Identifies and leverages desired outcomes and realization measures to ensure that applications and implementations meet the needs of Operations teams
  • Support internal training for staff and partners with functional team trainers to ensure dissemination of information and project progression Serves as an informant of operations and business processes throughout project and program implementations
  • Advocates for process improvements and digitization of operations processes that positively impact internal and external customers and partners
  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of program and project deliverables, statuses and tasks
  • Helps coordinate issues that arise during operations and integration projects and during support of applications' interfaces, adhering to policies, procedures, and business operations
  • Coordinates and/or participates in interface testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live support, by engaging SMEs, vendors, and interface engine developers
  • Provide a strong understanding of team applications and user requirements and advises management and users on data mapping concepts and functional capabilities
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, or healthcare field, or 3+ years of experience in business, IT, data management or analysis type fields

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Working knowledge of Salesforce Service and Sales cloud

Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, interpersonal and project related skills

Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate at multiple organizational levels across the health system

Experience leading root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems
