This is a highly influential role, driving the transformation of development for a prominent organization by defining and managing the path for design, development and QA. This is a strategic role, but the ideal candidate will also have the ability to be hands-on as needed.
Responsibilities
- Team leadership.
- Define technical vision, building technical roadmaps (languages, tools, processes, etc.).
- Cross functional collaboration for strategy and stakeholder communication.
- Define and monitor KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Azure DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
- Vendor Management.
- Budget Management.
Requirements
- 6 + years hands-on C# development.
- 2+ years development team leadership.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
