Job Description
- Organized, leads cross functional team members towards common outcomes and execution
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to analyze & solve complex problems; takes initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned; Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities; meets project budget, schedule, scope & risk targets
- Understands business model and project impact to business strategy
- Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation facilitator skills
- Ability to effectively communicate project (sprint?) future state vision and impact to business strategy
- Assesses and may coach team members to both strengths and developmental needs; fosters and encourages open & honest feedback; learns from feedback (setbacks, mistakes) to drive personal improvement
- Identifies and assesses risks & issues; performs impact analysis and prioritization;
- manages identified risks & issues to resolution by removing impediments that prevent team from completing the work negotiated for a given sprint; provides effective reporting of impact and status
