Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact to customers for pre-production sales process; leverage knowledge of client EPYC products to make appropriate recommendations as required
  • Work with engineering, product marketing, finance, legal, and logistics teams in a highly collaborative environment
  • Track end-to-end sales; produce system quotes, process customer purchase orders in procurement software system; coordinate product shipments and invoice customers
  • Meticulously track customer orders to ensure demand an accuXX demand forecast is maintained throughout the program lifecycle
  • Enable customer ecosystem development programs through on-time and complete product deliveries
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High attention to detail and good follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gather a solid understanding of the server ecosystem to best enable external customers with tools, reference servers, and pre-production silicon.
  • Ability to function independently with little direct supervision.
Education:
  • 3+ years' experience in high-tech industry (computing or semiconductor industry preferred).
  • Proven knowledge in semiconductor market verticals.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Salesforce, Confluence, and MS Sharepoint
  • Ariba/SAP and Oracle Agile PLM software experience a plus.
